Website Rules

Implemented by the National Congress of Ukrainians in Moldova in partnership with UNHCR

Main Guidelines

  • The administration of the dilo.md website requests documents confirming the registration of a legal entity (Extract) or another relevant document.
  • By registering on the dilo.md website, the user agrees to the user agreement and accepts the rights and obligations associated with using the website.
  • By registering on the dilo.md website, the user consents to the publication of the company's data in open access.
  • By registering on the dilo.md website, the user agrees to receive informational newsletters from the website to the email address provided during registration.
  • The protection of users' personal data is ensured based on the Regulations and Conditions for the Protection of Personal Data and Electronic Commerce.

General Rules for Posting Job Vacancies

  1. The dilo.md website is a pre-moderated resource. All ads submitted to the site (vacancies, resumes) undergo preliminary moderation. The moderator has the right to reject an ad if it does not comply with the website's rules. The administration reserves the right to reject an ad without explanation.
  2. All posted vacancies must comply with the website's rules.
  3. The administration reserves the right to amend the existing rules and inform users via the email address provided in their personal account.
  4. Each job vacancy announcement submitted to the dilo.md website undergoes manual moderation. Therefore, spam and suspicious ads are not allowed on the website.

Prohibited Ads Include:

  • Job vacancies that contain information restricting candidates' rights based on gender, age, marital status, or other characteristics not related to professional qualifications (in accordance with Law No. 121 of 25.05.2012);
  • Job vacancies where the employer charges job seekers a fee for employment;
  • Ads that contradict the legislation of the Republic of Moldova;
  • Ads that do not contain a job offer (advertising, complaints about dishonest employers, etc.);
  • Ads containing inappropriate language;
  • Fraudulent ads;
  • Ads offering work abroad;
  • Ads without a specific job title and job description;
  • Ads for unofficial employment.

Rules for Posting Ads by Registered Users

  1. Advertising of courses and training, as well as ads from employers offering training, should be published only in the "Courses" section.
  2. The number of ads and updates published is unlimited.
  3. In case of repeated violations of the website's rules, after issuing a warning to the user, the administration reserves the right to delete the user's account (personal account).
  4. The phone number and email address indicated in the company's profile or ad are tied to the account and cannot be used by another registered user.
  5. Duplicate accounts are prohibited – submitting the same vacancies from the same company under different accounts or creating new accounts to receive bonuses is not allowed.

Registration on dilo.md

To post job vacancies and course ads on the dilo.md website, a company or NGO must register on the platform. During registration, the name of the responsible person, company name, email address, and password must be provided. The password should not be shared with unauthorized persons. To complete registration, the authorization link sent to the specified email address must be used.

After registration, the employer needs to fill out the company profile.

Standard Profile Sections:

  • Logo (placed in the top left corner);
  • First and Last Name of the contact person;
  • Company Name;
  • Company Address;
  • Category of services provided by the company;
  • Contact information;
  • Company IDNO (this information is required to verify the authenticity of the provided information);
  • Company description.

Mandatory Requirements for Job Ad Titles (Job Position Titles)

  1. The title should include the job position in the nominative case (e.g., Salesperson).
  2. The title should include information about the salary offered for the position.
  3. The title should include information about the type of employment offered (Full-time/Part-time).
  4. The title should include information about the city (location) where the job vacancy is posted.
  5. The company must indicate the category to which the vacancy belongs.
  6. Information about the nature of the work presence (Office/Remote/Hybrid) must be provided.
  7. Writing the job title in transliterated Russian or in any other way that makes reading difficult is prohibited.

Mandatory Requirements for Job Ad Text

  1. The text of the ad must comply with these posting rules.
  2. Advertising content and links to other websites, contact information, or phone numbers are not allowed in the ad.

Moderation

Ads are allowed or rejected by the moderator, so human error cannot be ruled out: the moderator may accidentally approve an ad that violates the rules. In this case, any user can report the ad to the moderator using the "Contact Us" section, by calling the hotline at 068176655, or by emailing robota@ncum.md. Ads that violate the website's rules will be removed.

Standard Layout for Job Vacancy Ads

Mandatory Requirements for Course Ad Titles:

  1. The title should contain the exact name of the course.
  2. Visual accompaniment.
  3. The date (period) of the course.
  4. The course location.
  5. A registration link.
  6. The number of seats available in the course.
  7. A brief description of the course.

Mandatory Requirements for Course Ad Text

  1. The text of the ad must comply with these posting rules.
  2. Advertising content and links to paid services are not allowed in the ad.

Moderation in the Evening, Weekends, and Holidays

Moderation (review and posting of ads) in the evening (after 18:00), on weekends, and holidays is carried out on a flexible schedule.

Ad Translation

One of the key tasks of the website is the socio-economic integration of Ukrainian refugees. Considering this, it is recommended to post job vacancies in languages accessible to refugees (Ukrainian/Russian). If the employer cannot provide information in these languages, they can request translation assistance from the website team by emailing robota@ncum.md. Translation of ads (into Russian, Romanian, Ukrainian) is provided free of charge.

Your Privacy

The protection of users' personal data is ensured in accordance with the Privacy Policy. All services provided by the dilo.md website and the ROBOTA project are free of charge.
